Voting Records

What happens if goal isn't met?
If the $1 billion goal is not reached by 31 December 2026, 100% of funds are returned to donors via their original payment method or wallet. No fees deducted. No exceptions.
Who controls the funds?
No individual. A 5-of-7 multisig wallet requires agreement from five independent key holders before any transaction is executed. Key holders are elected by donor vote annually.
