No CEO. No board that can be bought. Rules are written in smart contracts. Decisions are made by donors. If the code says funds are returned, funds are returned — no one can override it.

No Leaders, Only Keys
There is no single founder who can be pressured, bribed, or arrested to stop this. Authority is distributed across 7 independent key holders in different countries, elected by donors. Power belongs to the math, not the people.
